Tonight I am giving one of my favorite talks, Irish Diaspora in Florida, and there can be no more perfect a day than St. Patricks Day to give this talk. I truly enjoyed my time traveling in Ireland, and my favorite experience isn't even in the presentation, it was doing the Bray Head Cliff Walk forwards and backwards after talks were done each day for the Irish Diaspora Conference.

True story- this was the last talk I gave in person before the pandemic- at Wop Hops in Sanford for a Florida Tales Through Ales event during Florida Archaeology Month. This year Florida Archaeology Month will be conducted almost entirely on line, hence the talk moved to zoom and a cyber format. One of the benefits of doing the talk on line is I can share more sources and recommendations for further reading. I started a list to put into the chat- and it grew so large I think it's better placed here.
